Presenting Yeats looks very interesting at the weights. He is running off a low weight on Thursday which is only 3lb higher than his winning mark and he should be able to put in a great run. I see his main rival as Aptly Put and I just can’t see him giving 17lbs away to a horse like Presenting Yeats.

Presenting Yeats won a 3m2 1/2f race two races ago by 2 1/4 lengths on good to firm. The time was decent and he was always doing enough. Last time he dropped back in trip to 2m7f and he came third by 2 ¼ lengths. He probably could have done with a bit more pace and a longer distance that day. He will appreciate stepping back up to 3m3f and it will play to his strengths.

7.55 Chelmsford AW (polytrack) Handicap Class 4 4yo+ 0-85

Rhubarb Bikini is the choice here.  The gelding won a class 5 handicap last time out over course and distance in a decent time and he was always doing enough.

He likes being ridden prominently and the style suits this track well as he proved last time. He has been raised 5lb and I feel there was enough left in the tank to deal with that especially with a little progression taken in to account. He seems to enjoy Chelmsford and has a great record here.
